Pedicure

Pedicures are among the most relaxing ways to keep your feet healthy and beautiful. For clients who are insulin dependent diabetics are recommended to have their toenails attended by a "Podiatrist" who will cut the nails and assess for circulation prior to having a pedicure.

Pedicure Service Delivery:

  • Old polish is removed.
  • Feet, ankles and lower legs are massaged with a cleanser & toweled dry.
  • Toenail cuticles are treated, and the nail bed is gently filed.
  • Exfoliant is applied and massaged until the crystals have softened.
  • Hard skin under the heel and foot are gently rasped away.
  • Excess exfoliant is rinsed and toweled dry with a nice "hot" towel.
  • Lower legs and feet are massaged with cream.
  • Nail polish applied as an extra cost. "Shellac/Gel" Polish $10 "Natural Polish" $5
  • Time allowed: Up to 45 mins

ADDING PARAFFIN WAX:

  • Beneficial for clients with hard cracks and harsh feet.
  • After pedicure, feet are placed into a small bag with warm paraffin wax.
  • The wax is molded around each foot and covered with a bootie.
  • After the wax is set, the small bag and any wax debris are removed.
  • Lower legs and feet are massaged with cream.
  • Feet are left feeling soft and amazing.
  • Extra time allowed: 10 mins.
